I had been planning on building an arcade cabinet for years and after we build a new house with a basement we made into a rec room, it was time to do it.  For years I've had plans on how to build a cabinet from scratch but it seemed too daunting a task so looking through Craigslist for a used cabinet, I came across Jesse's ad and checked out his website.  At first I was a little intimidated by the undertaking but after looking at some "custom" cabinets from other manufacturers, I just wasn't impressed and decided to reach out to Jesse to see what he offered.  I contacted him at just about his peak busy season but he has always been very prompt and helpful.  He was very forthright about his pricing and very accurate, I made a lot of changes during the process and even with the custom artwork we had, we were pretty much right where he estimated we would be.  I initially wanted to build a computer based system but after reviewing the N-in-1 options, I decided to go with one of those.  Then Jesse pointed out that the system I had selected would not work with a track ball so I wound up going back to the original plan of providing him a computer system which he securely and professionally mounted inside the cabinet.  He was also very helpful with the art that was put on the machine, which for a period of time we were radically changing ideas on nearly hourly.  When we weren't able to find exactly what we wanted for sideart, he was able to take the pieces we gave him and make exactly what we were looking for.  When we had no idea what to do for a control panel and bezel art, he created it and it came out wonderfully.  When we received the machine, we were very impressed with how professionally and cleanly wired it was and his attention to detail.  It looks great, it plays great.  Teenagers have been enjoying it more than the modern game systems in the same room.  There's just something about standing side by side on a small screen that you don't get on a modern game system or computer game.  Most tellingly to me, my brother in law who has owned machines in the past and worked many years in an arcade when we were younger was very impressed with it and wanted Jessie's contact information.  Two days later his wife said that "that stupid machine is all he's talking about now" is a pretty good idea of the impression it makes.        - Jeff
